So far in my years of reviewing tech stores, this is one of the BEST! If your interested so far my list is: 1. Best Buy 2. Microcenter 3. A handful of websites that typing makes my hands want to fall of. (TAGS) .TV. .laptop. .tech.

Not the store per say, but the geek squad appliance setup. We purchased a new washer and dryer and had it delivered and installed by Best Buy’s geek squad. The appliances are great, but the service was sub-par. Upon getting home and checking out the new washer, dryer and pedestals, I noticed right away that they had not leveled them out, meaning they were crooked and shook a bit, and the washer door also had a few scratches on it.. then the next day I noticed that they didn’t make sure the dryer vent hose was actually attached, so when I initially started the dryer it was just venting onto my wall.. and lastly I noticed a whole bunch of clipped zip ties and debris at the end of my driveway going slightly into the street. Overall just not super impressed with their work. They were friendly, but they need to be more careful of how they perform their work and make sure they clean up after themselves.

Not a complaint about this specific store but bought a very expensive TV there and it died 15mos after purchase. After waiting 25 min on hold just to speak to someone in the service dept they basically stated there was nothing they could do. I feel as a company they are shady and sell faulty electronic equipment. My parents tried to buy a TV at a Best Buy a few years ago and they tried to sell them an older model as the new model. Not a fan, their warranties are useless. All they care about is making a quick buck. Would never buy anything there again.

Went to Best Buy in Warwick to pickup a TV that I had bought. Had to circle around a few times until I was able to get a curbside pickup spot. Checked in on the app and about 10 -15 minutes later, they asked for my confirmation number and then they put it in my trunk. I'll definitely be back.
