They usually aren't bad but recently they keep making mistakes. Again today, i ordered a turkey sausage egg n cheese on an English muffin. I get a microwaved muffin with a veggie egg and regular sausage. I asked for cream in my coffee and got milk. It was an overall disaster. The only thing that wasn't messed up was the dozen donuts. And I don't have time to go back and reorder. SMH. Listen and pay attention! It's not rocket science.
Love this Dunkin! The crew is amazing most of them know me by name and my usual order! Huge shout out to Tasha who has great customer service also a huge shout out to both the Jens! You guys are awesome!!
The girl taking my clients order was very rude. Just because I can't see you that doesn't you can huff and puff at a person who is taking a few extra minutes to order. Try better next time Allison, even my special needs client said you were rude.
I usually visit DD , chai was good.
Its dunkin not much but overall nice the lady was nice aswell
