My husband and I went to the Belmont location yesterday hoping that the mean manager girl was not there so we didn't have to drive to a different location. So happy to hear new people took over that store and she no longer works there. She's in cleveland. We received amazing service and will be making Belmont metro our permanent phone service store. The salesman at the counter told me that they did not have the Stylo LG 6, a free phone for adding a line. Then he proceeded to tell me that he would sell me that free phone for $239. He said he said that it wasn't free anymore they changed the program that day. Then told me to come back in two days and it would be free again because they would reinstate the program. This store will rob you of your money, they will try to sell you things that are free and their management will not do anything about their employees doing this. Beware of this store beware of MetroPCS

One dude smelled a trash dumpster and had me go to the one metro store just to try to get ripped off don't bother going here.
I was looking to get my daughters phones turned on but when I went to Metropcs they gave me 2phones for free and started new services on them. It felt like Christmas and the sales rep Amit was very helpful. My wait time upon entering the store was less than 30seconds. He was easy to talk to and very helpful. My daughters got a great plan that was great for them. I recommend anyone to stop through. He was my hero of the day.
