STAY AWAY. Absolutely horrible experience at this place. I Scheduled a hot stone massage for my birthday per the recommendation that their hot stone massages are wonderful. When I walked in they told me there was a problem- that the hot stones were not hot. When I asked why, they just sort of stared at me and shrugged. No apology, nothing. I scheduled the appointment 3 weeks prior, so why wouldn’t they be prepared? I then asked if they were going to do anything to make it right and their response was “well, what should we do to make it right?” Are you kidding? You tell me!! I asked for a free or discounted service for not getting what I scheduled and again...they just sort of looked at me and the massage therapist finally said “fine, I guess we can do that” he was clearly upset that I was asking them to make it right and he was very rude. They ended up offering a free massage, but at that point it was super awkward because I was being massaged by someone who was super rude to me just minutes before. The massage was average at best. I asked for my back to be the focus and it wasn’t. He spent more time on my arms and hands. Just all-around terrible experience. The girls at the front desk were also super unwelcoming. They barely acknowledged me when I walked in. I would never recommend spending money at this place. Terrible customer service for the pricing.

My husband got me a bunch of services for my bday and I had an awesome experience. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job. I got a prenatal massage, haircut & color, manicure and pedicure, all by different people. I only grabbed 2 cards & my memory sucks :/ so I only know Joni did my prenatal massage & Lindsey did my hair. Everyone was amazing!!! I will definitely be coming back & recommending them to everyone :)

I have been going to Sam Wanna's Salon for more than 10 years for various treatments (pedicures, massages, hair care) and obviously am very satisfied with everything. It's a very clean and neatly run business and I have brought in two additional customers because they wanted to make a change from where they were going and they love Sam's as much as I do. I'll continue going there as long as I have hair on my head! Thanks Sam and Rachelle!
