Becoming this Dunkin Donuts for 2 weeks 7 days a week and I sit in the drive-thru for 13 to 18 minutes every time I watch people back out and leave horrible service and is at least 9 to 10 people working maybe a little exaggeration maybe 5 or 6 but is a lot
Was told I couldn't get my latte 1 hour before they close, due to the workers shutting the expresso machine off early for no reason besides not wanting to make coffee. The expresso machine should not be shut off at 6pm when they are open till 7. Utter laziness, and its a daily occurrence. Other dunking in the area always can make my coffee if they are open.
