Thank you so much Debbie & James!! You both were so helpful with picking out a new recliner for my husband! Debbie really helped me to narrow down my decision, they have so many amazing recliners to choose from and without her my decision would have taken much longer! Her expertise came in handy when it came to deciding on the fabric (we have kids) and especially size. James helped to model all the chairs for me and was so fun to walk around the store with helping me find the biggest ones! These two work great with each other, I could’ve stayed all night with them! They truly made furniture shopping so much fun and they turned my extremely stressful day into a not so bad one. My husband and I will certainly be back for more! Thank you so much to your awesome staff!

I recently visited and made a purchase here after having first researched various furniture retailers on line. Our La-Z-Boy sales person spent time helping us decide which recliner and options we wanted. I did not feel rushed or pressured and am very happy with the decisions we made in chair options and fabric, as a result of her manner and knowledge! There are many options, and she was very knowledgeable and shared all that we wouldn’t have otherwise been aware of. I‘m a repeat customer and would choose La-Z-Boy again for that reason, as well their quality and array of styles and furniture pieces.

Sales rep was outstanding. Welcomed us to the store and offered assistance but allowed us time to browse after directing us to the sofa section. Then he followed up periodically to see if we had any questions. Then when we did have questions he was present band provided answers to all my questions. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly sales person.

I am happy with the rugs I purchased. I am very unhappy with the transfer fee I was charged as I am picking up the rugs at the store. The transfer fee is the charge to ship from their warehouse to the store. This fee, similar to a resort fee that hotels charge, is outrageous. As a result I will never purchase anything again from Lazy Boy. I am guessing that they don’t care about customer service.

Great service spent an hour checking out the power recliners. James was the best, no hassle or pressure left us alone until needed. Oh yah ,I bought a chair.
