Outstanding service and quality products! The sales staff is very knowledgeable and polite. We visited the store several times before actually making a final decision on what items best met our needs. We are near the ocean so the salt water and different weather patterns were important factors for us to consider. The products we chose were delivered in a timely manner and set up on our deck ready for us to enjoy. The furniture is well constructed and beautiful. Thank you Barbara and family.
Excellent service! Barbara was wonderful to work with, helped us pick out just the right items for our deck, and was extremely flexible when we changed our mind on our table order. Her sons were wonderful and fast with the delivery. We are excited to enjoy our furniture for years to come, and could not recommend Suns Plymouth more!
Excellent customer service on many occasions, going on year 5 with our outdoor furniture and looks brand new still. You get what you pay for! Highly recommend these investment pieces!

The products here are nice but the customer experience is AWFUL. If you order something don’t expect it to be delivered in a timely manner or, get any information on when to expect your order. I’ve waited 7 weeks for a single item. I called the store weekly asking for an update, they say they’ll have to check on the status and call me back but they never do. It makes me feel like I was swindled - I’m still hoping the deliver my order but feeling less confident with every week that passes.
