This is the second mattress I’ve had the pleasure of buying with Scott at mattress firm. Couldn’t be happier. He was knowledgeable on every mattress they carried and wasn’t pushy at all. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and there was a lot). He also assured us of the amazing return policy mattress firm offered. I would and do recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to go see Scott and his crew at mattress firm. Top notch! Thanks again!

No pressure sales experience. The salesperson Arleen was knowledgeable of the product in the store and was patient while we made a decision! This was just my second time shopping at Mattress Firm, but both experiences were very positive! I have no problem recommending visiting the Plymouth store!

I was in the market for a new mattress and adjustable base. I have bought a few mattresses from Mattress Firm in the past and have been pretty happy with their prices and choices. I was helped by Erica and she was very helpful and did not pressure me into anything that i was not interested in. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a mattress and adjustable base and am happy with the help and advice of Erica and Joan. After explaining my last mattress purchase with Erica she and Joan offered lower prices and applied a discount on my purchase and I think they went above and beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend this store to others. They both deserve a raise. Hopefully I am as satisfied with my purchase as I am with the service, thanks Erica and Joan.

Today I called the Plymouth store for a box spring to complete my daughters bedroom . The woman politely asked me to wait for just a moment as she finished with a customer . As soon as she was back she remembered my request for the most reasonable box spring as its for a child. She identified an item but quickly ran out back to confirm what was in stock ( as my desire was to pick it same day ). She confirmed and provided me the price and let me know she was able to provide a sale discount . I easily paid over from the email link she provided. When I arrived a few hours later - she knew exactly the order I was there for . The gentleman in the store offered without hesitation to bring it to my Vehicle and assisted in making sure it was secure . A great experience . Great staff . They understood my budget and provided a great product and customer experience . Thank you !!!

I spoke with a manager named Erica who was extremely professional and was very knowledgeable as well. She answered many questions I had about mattresses. I appreciate her honesty and kindness.
