I was lied to at this store and now I am on the hook for over a thousand dollars more than I was expecting. I was told that I would get a trade in deal on some of my phones and I confirmed this with T-Mobile on 3separate occasions. Then when I received my bill 2months later they had mixed up the promotional offer that I was supposed to receive. They never gave me a receipt but I had a screenshot of the deal that I was supposed to receive. The manager admitted fault to me, but still was not able to change my offer. Manager said she would escalate the situation to the regional director and I was told she would call me back, but she never did and when I called back multiple times they still did nothing. HORRIBLE business ethic at this company and I am extremely disappointed that after spending dozens of hours of my time on this issue, nothing has been done. If you get a promotional offer here, make sure you have the details in writing and have a lawyer ready to back you up!

Went in to replace my grandsons phone on my plan. I couldn’t ask for better service. The young man was excellent and the young girl he was training that day will be a good asset to your company.

Josh is extremely helpful! He and the other employees at this location worked with me for almost an entire day to switch my family to T-mobile, and helped us get everything sorted with a great deal. They even stayed an hour after the store closed just to make sure everything was finalized since I was traveling the next day. Josh really went above and beyond to help us out, and explained everything very clearly and carefully. Thank you for all of your help and patience!!

Went in there to exchange my screen protector, was very easy and fast and the girl in the was really helpful and nice, I forget her name but she said she had just started there, she did a great job.
