Weird atmosphere. I felt that way the last time I visited the Plymouth store also. Jose the CS rep that processed my returns lacked a lot of personality. I had to wonder if he was a human robot. Just a bit overkill on the Covid procedure. However the guy that greeted me outside the door seemed normal and he was actually pretty friendly. Would I visit that Branch again? Probably not unless I really had to.
Confused by the reviews. Every other is a complaint about rudeness & inexperience, and then the others say how wonderful & helpful they are. Which is it? Shd be consistent.nAggravated with our service. They've promised to fix bad reception on State Rd, by changing something in the lines on the telephone pole for 2 YEARS, and to date, nothing!! Comcast is expensive. At the very least, they shd provide Supreme service. I don't get it. Bet there will be no response to this, just like all the other reviews
Very good. The young man that helped me (Jason Murphy) . Working with Jasonnwas wonderful. He was knowledgable of the product. By the time I was finished I knew alot more about my phone. Thanks Jason!!
These guys were great, was making the switch, handled everything, followed through to make sure I was all set and offered to set up my phone when it arrives.
Beware of excess charges. “ Pro Tech” install is $80, you cannot setup yourself. For my personal situation, xfinity was already working and connected in my apartment building. No need for garbage $80 install. Employee also touched phone without asking. We are in a pandemic. I don’t think it is unreasonable to ask someone to not touch phone. Go to Verizon!
