David and Kevin were awesome today. I appreciated their help in upgrading my device. They are both very knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly answer the customers questions.

i walked in the store around 130-2 pm 3-15 -19 to a warm welcome and Paul assisted me with a few Question he went out of his way to help me and just want to say he was very professional about his Job and the three of his coworkers did the same was nice and pleasant also i will return this this location again more then the others stores on the south shore at the other locations some of the workers are rude and make you feel unwanted and like they don,t want you their but Paul was a super nice person and did a Great job i will recommend this store 100% in the T-Mobile, 101 Kingston Collection Way Spc D-113, Kingston, MA 02364 and i will Return again thank you for doing A super great job Paul !!! !! i have been with T-mobile since 2008 and dont intend to go anywhere else price are fair and fits my Budget thank you again Paul

A few months back I added my son's and mother in laws phone onto my account and the guys at TMobile Kingston were so helpful in that process. They even spent a lot of extra time helping me port over tons of photos onto my new Galaxy Note.nSince then, there have been a number of issues with my billing (not fun) but each and every time they are patient and helpful, never standoffish.nI highly recommend this store to take care of all of your TMobile needs. Thanks guys, great job!

Terrible customer service, you need a new employee because the current one doesn’t seem like he wants to work.
