Several years ago when my pets died, I had the most wonderful experience with Pleasant Mountain. They bent over backwards to meet our needs. They were so kind, compassionate and efficient.
3/24/2015nnI have used this location for over 30 years and always find owner Ed in the time of need to be compassionate, understanding and caring. Clean operation, well manicured grounds, pleasant staff, pick up and delivery available if needed, fair pricing and guaranteed individual & private cremation which is so important to me and my family. I have toured the facility-neat and clean as a hospital. Ed takes pride in his work and always has.nnPleasant mountain pet rest also has a nice selection of after care merchandise.nnI understand that they are erecting a pet memorial wall this Spring 2014--that will be nice to memorialize our pets as we drive by them daily.nnGood going to a company and location that always shines for our family in time of need.nnI recommend them as A+
They went over and beyond for me and my Comet.
My cat of 20 years died today. I called Pleasant Mountain and received nothing but compassion. The owner made me comfortable and I felt like he cared about me and what I was going through. He made a very difficult time a little more bearable.
About a month ago we lost one of our boxers unexpectedly, we contacted Ed around 8:30 pm one evening and he graciously received our Zeus within the hour. He made and awful situation comforting. He treated the loss as if it was his own and made us feel comfortable with the situation. As luck would have it, we lost Diesel a couple weeks later and we got the same treatment from Ed. He is a genuine person who cares and understands what it is like to loss a pet. We can say enough good things about him.
