Not a massage. Like the previous review I paid for what I thought was a massage. It was never explained to me that it was a “trigger point massage” or I would have cancelled. When you look at their website they have Swedish massage, hot stone, and deep tissue massage listed. Yes trigger point is listed as well but I was never told that that’s the only thing she did. I even have texts not explaining that it was a trigger point massage. I’m so mad I wasted the only time I had for myself today, I worked so hard for some time off to finally relax and it was not what I thought I booked. Take those massage options off your website if you are not offering those services. I am a business owner myself and would never list something that I am not currently offering

I paid for a massage and all she did for an hour was push her thumbs into trigger points in my neck. It was not relaxing or helpful. I waited 3 days and nothing changed I feel like i have bruises in some spots. I told her I wanted to relax my neck and that’s all I got. Then was pressured into giving a tip as she held the iPad waiting on me to give her a tip. Very disappointed wish I knew I was paying $75 for nothing.

Best massage I've had in a while. I'm A DANCER and physically fit, and have been to a number of places to work out the kinks and for deep tissue. However I have never seen results like I have here after just ONE visit. Ellie really took the time to pin point the exact issue and even discovered a number of other problem areas I was unaware of. This is definitely going to be my home, and I drive OVER AN HOUR just to get to her office. She was really kind and welcoming and very thorough. I didn't feel like just another client or paycheck, because she really took the time to listen to what my symptoms were to fix the issue. I would recommend Alleviate Sports and Therapeutic Massage to ANY ATHELETE that wants to receive quality customer service and magnificent results! Love her and what she does. I can tell she has a true passion for taking care of athletes so ensure they are healthy and can perform to the best of their abilities. THANKS!!!

Ellie is a wizard with her hands. The type of massage she does is excellent for getting kinks out and working through deep-seated issues. She’s also a great conversationalist, so no falling asleep while with her! :) All in all a great experience!

After the horrible experience I had just TRYING to get a massage at a different spa, Ellie was a breath of fresh air. She was quick to respond to me over the phone prompt for the appointment and professional beyond my wildest dreams. I felt better after an hour in her capable hands that I have in years. Thank you Ellie and I'll see you in a couple weeks...
