On Monday December 7th approximately 9:15 p.m. we attempted to exit the facility and realized that our correct lock code would not unlock the gate from the inside after spending an hour or so attempting to exit , we had to call the police .the police showed up and tried to unlock the gate. After 45 minutes of them attempting to unlock the gate they gave up and left, then returned later after they finally were able to get a hold of the owner or some gentleman who was very unhappy and explained to us that they close at 9 p.m. and that you cannot enter or exit after those hours. They should have a night Watchman on duty to do a round at 9 pm to make sure all tenants have exited the facility before locking the gates permanently and trapping the customer inside.nnBE AWARE IF YOU USE THIS STORE AND LOCK FACILITY , MAKE SURE YOU ARE OUT BY 9PM!!!!nnIt was sad even the Dayton Police Department could not gain entrance to this storage facility ,( and they have a special code to gain entrance or so they said and thought) .we literally waited outside in the cold for 2 hours trying to exit the facility.

Christopher was friendly and helpful, he seemed happy to try and get me into the right size for my things without waste. I showed him what was in my truck and he got me a size that would fit all of my things.

This place is an artists paradise, the employee here came out to talk to me while I was painting on the back wall. He was friendly and seemed excited to see new art on the wall.
