This self storage is by far the best one I have ever used. The location is super close to the University of Dayton and has very reasonable prices. I use a 5x5 unit for my enormous video game collection but there are various other climate controlled unit sizes to choose from. The owners are very helpful and super easy to get along with! If you’re looking for the cleanest and safest self storage in Dayton, look no further!
Very prompt service, friendly, clean, perfect for UD students wanting to keep items close to school instead of taking up all the room in their parents basements!

Place is very clean. The units are reasonably strong. If someone HAD to get into your unit I feel it would it be possible but there are cameras also.n(just to be truthful, but I feel like my stuff is safe here.}nnLighting is adequate, but I wish I had one more directly under a light as I keep an inventory of things I have for sale and sorting through things not in direct light can be a little tiresome. units are spacious and at a good value.nnYou have to pretty much park on the main road to to unload your stuff by the entrance but i have NOT ONCE had a problem at all with getting a spot to unload. Theres a regular door for entry and a double wide garage door also.nnThey have always been quick in replying to me if i needed suppport.nnI would definitely recommend herks to anyone.
Great place. I have been to numerous Self Storage units in the area of UD. It was very clean and secure. I placed my own mouse and insect traps and they remained empty. I wish I could say that for the others.nJohn Mollaghan
