I always have a positive experience at Elements. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing from the time you walk in the door. Everyone is always extremely professional. Top notch massage therapists and I love the monthly membership. It’s one of the best parts of my month! They are always able to help if you need a recommendation for a therapist. Highly recommend this facility.
Brought My Wife Here For Her First Ever Professional Massage, Needless To Say She Enjoyed It! Afterwards She Was Very Relaxed And Happy! The Workers Are Very Professional, They Do Explain Things In Detail For You As Well. They Even Remember The Names Of The Appointments At Least That I Witnessed Today! Not Many Places Can Do That. Makes You Feel Like Wow, That's Pretty Cool! And Surprising! She Does Plan On Coming Back!
The massages have been outstanding; the hot salt rocks are heavenly. The staff is always so helpful and polite. The place is clean and safe.

Elements Hilliard: Paige was the manager who told me I have to use all the massages I literally could not come in and get all year from the monthly subscription I tried to cancel all year. I’m a healthcare worker and literally could not come in for others safety. She told me I have to use all the money on massages all year by Jan 2021 OR put them on gift cards which last 5 years BUT they won’t mail them ‘cause they get lost’ You have to come in. Can anything be done to make it harder to be fair to the customer in a global pandemic? I’m not sure. Scam sounds like the best word- but it’s worse- safety isn’t a priority. They just want your money.
