They are very thorough and professional. Very polite and easy to talk with and they explain everything that they're doing. I highly recommend their Service garage. I have never rented here before but if they treat you this way when they work on something else it does not belong to them then I would assume they are good to rent from as well.
I will never rent from this penske again I was talking to a commercial truck coordinator for weeks and not once did he mention 50000 dollar deposit for my tuck. Now I have 3 loads with no truck awful experience.
My employer has a service contract here for our company trucks. Unfortunately, the service shop is incapable of fixing repeat issues on certain units. By repeat issues, I mean the exact same issue over a 2 year period. Maybe hire some better skilled mechanics. Also the gentlemen assigned to the fuel island are in need of some professional training on how to do there jobs. Service is extremely slow getting a fill up. Signs read stay in your truck while they check oil, tires, and clean windows, etc. Can’t remember last time all that was done. And to management, don’t you think it’s time to remove the Porta Potty and the container you make drivers check into where were sent to talk into a microphone that is never answered. Quit living in fear of the virus, we have masks and a vaccine now! Let’s move on and fix some trucks please
Very very very bad service department, it took them more than a week to replace a radiator. False promises given every day! At very least stop giving false promises folks. We called them to check for repair status, just blatant lies. every. day. for . a. whole. week.
Andrew and Jake made the process super simple. If you’re looking for a moving truck service I would definitely recommend.
