Ordered from Grainger 3 weeks ago with next day delivery via TForce. Still don't have what I ordered. Called Grainger last week, they called TForce. Apologized for the delay and said it would be delivered the next day. Fast forward to this week when I call TForce. First lady wasn't sure why it wasn't delivered and placed me on hold for ten minutes, someone else answers and I have to repeat the entire story. Then says oh delivery was attempted but nobody there to sign for it. Grainger says of course no signature was required and there was notice of delivery attempt being made so I'm sure she was just making it up.at this point they won't redeliver it and I need to call Grainger and reorder. Grainger says it was already ordered and TForce has it. So now TForce has a product I paid for and is telling me to order it again. I'll just order it off Amazon and save the hassle and dispute the charge with Grainger letting then know TForce cost them a sale.
