The workers that tended to me were very nice AND very patient! The women were very helpful and found my package and kept with the safety guidelines and gave me hand sanitizer!

Instead of calling me to verify my address they took it upon themselves to update my apartment number to a completely different number & letter than my actual apartment number.nnMy package is now gone. They constantly mark my address as wrong because they’re too lazy to bother looking for it.nnI hate doing business with FedEx, they’re literally the worst and extremely incompetent.nnEDIT:nnI had a manager reach out to me from the station and go over my address and went as far as making sure my other packages would be routed correctly to my home. He also advised me he would inform the newer drivers of my apartment location to avoid having issues with my future packages.nnI appreciate their timely responses and all the help the manager provided me with.nnNow I’m just waiting for the merchant to resend my items.

Attempts delivery but i have a camera on my door and i have no door tag so i got proof ya never show.... this the 4th day

Worst service I waited days for my package was a big and heavy they claimed they came to deliver by text i was home thry never left a postage or really show up to my address after almost a week I had to show up to there warehouse to pick up. UPS is so much better you can always track your package and more reliable you can actually talk to someone if there's any issues which has never been the case and they are so friendly.nThis was a Ground Delivery from FedEx the air is a total different story and much better.nI don't recommend them i had to call so many times received only one call from a supervisor which I requested and he said he will get back to me I'm still waiting he never did and when I called he was unavailable that's how you run a business you lead by example and is the reason why they don't care i guess.ud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4f
