I have only good things to say about Elements! Very clean and comfortable. Love Cara at the Hanover location. She has helped with my pain and I always leave feeling so much better. It has really made a difference investing in myself. I recommend getting the monthly membership, and going to see her! You won't be disappointed, so worth it!

If you’re in need of a good massage, look no further! The front desk staff are the best, Kelsey and Hannah are always very welcoming and happy to see me when I come in. The waiting room is so nicely decorated and comfortable while you’re waiting to be seen, and it smells great in there from the aromatherapy they use! The message therapists are all so good at what they do, professional, kind, and listen to what you want. I really love their online booking system, super easy which is great becausenI’m always on the go and don’t always have time to call. Definitely one of my favorite appointments every month!

Kara does my massages. The building is very clean and all staff are extremely nice. I have been going to this one for over a year now and have not had a bad experience.

It was great to be able to relax during this pandemic. I was quite hesitant to get a massage due to the nature of close contact, but I was comfortable with the location from the time I stepped foot in the door until I walked out. It was very clean and everyone working was very pleasant. I will be back.

The studio is immaculate and the front desk staff are very professional and extremely polite. The rooms are clean, appropriately lit, and the temperature is perfect. Dimitrii is new to the practice and he's phenomenal! I can't wait to go back for my next massage - I highly recommend him!
