Great prices and ability to buy off the floor made the purchase easy. No refunds, no warranties might be a problem to some, but the Jennifer brand usually speaks for itself. Happy with my purchase. Salesman Robert was so pleasant.
They're going out of business so there isn't really much to choose from, and what is there seems a little overpriced still. The pieces they do have look nice however. Definitely worth a look.
Picked up a new kitchen table and couch at a great price. The young salesman that helped us was so sweet and helpful and at only 18 years old shows tremendous potential for a big future! The only thing that had me knock off a star is the $200 delivery charge. Seems a bit high considering we had just spent close to $3000 in my personal opinion. Ended up renting a uhaul for $20 and doing it ourselves lol
Visited this location after seeing advertisements that they were going out of business, so I figured I'd check it out.. Walking into the store it gave me swap-meet vibes. I was greeted by a young how seemed like he wanted to help, until he disappeared for about 20 mins. I approached second sales (an older man) rep working that shift, he gave me the attitude as if my money wasn't good enough for him. Fast forward. My wife and I were left to bring our own products out to the curb. Not very happy I can see why this location is closing.
Great customer service. Salesman Chris was excellent and professional.
