Regency Forest Pet Memorial

I received my dog’s ashes today in a beautiful cherry wood box. On top of the box i could slide it out and place a picture of my dog on top of the box and it has a gold plate with my dogs name on it.Enclosed is also a card with the rainbow bridge poem and a certificate of cremation. The last Dog I had cremated was in 2012 and it was in a flowered tin can .What a big difference.... regency forest crematory. I am very pleased and I will place him anywhere in the house because it’s very pretty. ud83dude0a

In the past 9 years, we have been to Regency Forest 10 times. I want to start by saying that we are extremely grateful to have this wonderful facility available for our beloved pets. Every time upon intake of our beloved pet, we have been treated with empathy and kindness. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experiences at Regency Forest. Carol (she listens to you and cares so much) does all the intake paperwork for your animals. Brian is the gentleman (a true gentleman that has a heart of gold) that takes your animal from you. I cannot say enough words about these two beautiful souls. Both have so much empathy for what you are going through, they get it!!! Brian and Carol are exceptional human beings, that this business is extremely fortunate to have them working there with their clients in their hour of need. Brian and Carol deserve more than 5 stars!!! They help you through one of the worst days of your life. We are grateful for them!! I hope this wonderful business recognizes both for their empathy and kind hearts. Two very incredible special souls in this world!!!! Thank you for all you do!!!!

I just want to share my experience for the first time with Regency forest, I had to put down my beloved Siamese cat Precious she was 21 years old I had her since she was one week old from the time my son found her in an abandoned building. As soon I took one look at her I fell in love she was very tiny, white with blue eyes as time went by her chocolate tip colors started coming out. I’ve been through so much and precious remain by my side until she got sick with kidney Disease she was to old they couldn’t do much for her. She lived a long happy life with me and I’m very grateful for that. I just couldn’t see her suffering in pain any longer so I made the choice to put her to sleep. I will forever love my precious and miss her so much. She pass away January 13 2021 and I got my ashes from Regency forest on the 20 of January. I am very grateful for the job they did for me. Mailed my pet after I requested to pick him up. Found another pet's tag number in the bag along with my pet's ashes and tag. They took away the closure I was needing (the drive to pick up his ashes) because they figured I was 99% of the people who request to receive by mail. Pickup was an option offered to me and I confirmed that choice because I live in Brooklyn and have a car. I needed that drive. I've lost 2 cats within 2 months. As a person who works in the veterinary field, I've seen death too much that I care to say. Grief is real, Pain is real. This type of service should have ZERO mistakes. There should be mistake proof protocols in place so that at the very least, folks who are grieving the loss of their pets don't have to deal with more trauma. So, there is no guarantee that the pet's whose tag I'm holding also didn't get botched and there is no %100 guarantee that my pet's ashes are in that box. This is shameful.

I received the standard Urn after ordering a specialty engraved urn.nnThe customer service from start to finish was unprofessional to say the least.nnOn the bright side they included a free necklace in the overnight package.nnGuess I could wear the ashes I don’t think are my pets!
