Excellent!nWe brought our Vienna Regulator 8 Day clock in to David because it kept stopping. He was able to fix it easily and charged a very fair price. Our clock runs perfectly now! :D I highly recommend David and The Clock Shop in Hanover, MA

I don't doubt David's knowledge about clocks. Truth is, I did get our clock back. But it took over two years. For sure, part of that length of time is on me (as many months went by without me checking in), but never did I once get a call about the status. The only way I got updates was when I went to the shop. I went once several weeks after first dropping it off. He said I'd get a call when it was ready. Our busy lives kept me from checking in again until about three months ago. I went in and he told me he was working on it and would get back to me in two days. I heard nothing. Went in again and got the same message (he'd call me). Several days more, nothing. Two more times I went in and finally got it the second time. Charged me $80 (I thought I might get a discount for such a long time). Perhaps that amount is normal, I don't know. But be prepared for the possibility of poor communication and no certain timetable for when your clock will be fixed.

A unique old time clock shop run by an excellent craftsman. I trust an old ship's clock to their care and find them professional, responsible, personable and fairly priced.nJohn leary

Has to much work.nNeeds help.nBut he is an artist in a dying field.nHas two of my clocks that will never be done

David fixed a family clock. It now works to perfection. I was so impressed with the shop that I bought a mantle clock for myself.
