I built a barn home with Dale Lehmer in 2015 and he did a phenomenal job. The local building inspector commented that construction quality was so far above the quality that was required. I would have him build me another one any time, anyplace. Any other comments or negative reviews are false and the people have no idea what they are talking about. Any wanting to see my home is welcome to check the quality out.
I built a barn with Dale Lehmer – spared no expense - and it leaked like a sieve. Water poured in through the cupola and snow piled up on the floor through huge cracks in the walls. When I brought this to Lehmer’s attention. He responded, “I never promised it would not leak.” This he said after assuring me the wood he used was weather proof and didn’t even need to be painted. After a short period the doors would not close tightly or they would not open – I had to board one shut and another kicked out at the bottom. When I tried to bring this to court – Dale disappeared. I now see he has a website proclaiming “Dale Lehmer... is one of the founding fathers of the barn-saving movement.” I will be happy to provide you will pictures of his woefully insufficient construction on my barn.
