Id rather travel 45 minutes to go to this store then the one in norwich 5 minutes.. The store manager was super amazing! She made me feel so important when all I wanted was a different kind of paint brush.. I was so impressed when I read her name tag and it said store manager and thats why I drive 45 minutes
Nice folks but hard to get work done. Paid for a pro-detail visit for a pre-install measurement and have not gotten a call to schedule yet. It’s been 7-10 days. Now I call the store (again) and get passed around to different departments only to have been hung up on (disconnected seems more polite - but not more accurate) twice this morning. It’s not really worth the hassle to deal with this store.
The good: Using the Lowe's store credit card get you 5% off purchases. Lots of inventory. Decent store hours.nThe bad: I find many of their associates don't know the answers to my questions. Many can't point me to the product I'm looking for. Many don't know the first thing about home projects.
Just bought a washer dryer set on sale for $470 a piece. So excited! Lowes always comes through!
