What an amazing retreat in the lower Hudson Valley! This is a truly beautiful spa - welcoming, spacious, and so restorative. We had a 1/2 hour in the steam room, took breaks in the peaceful lounge area, then had hour long massages. Fantastic work! We felt so relaxed and at home. Thank you, Kim, and Conscious Habitat!

Wonderful experience! I had an amazing facial. Restorative to my soul. My skin looks and feels great. Very relaxing. I also love the sauna and steam room, lounge, with reading selections and teas in the lounge. LOVED IT!

Such a great way to spend some much needed downtime and to recharge. I enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room before my awesome massage from Tracey, then relaxed in the infrared sauna after enjoying a delicious smoothie. Also spent some time in the relaxation lounge sipping some tea and reading. Highly recommend! Take some time for yourself!

As a licensed massage therapist I am incredibly particularly as to where I invest my energy when it needs tending to. I have very little time to receive the work that I so truly love. Kim and her ENTIRE team are my resource for this necessity of self-care. Every therapist I have worked with is as professional as the next. The facility is welcoming, soothing, and therapeutic. I cannot say enough good things about what Kim has created in this special sanctuary. I am beyond grateful for her, her team, her generosity in the community, and her leadership in the industry.
