MIND, BODY AND SPA

I used to get massages at different places. There was always something that just wasn't right... the atmosphere, the temperature, the noise, etc. But then I went to Mind, Body and Spa in Baldwinsville, NY. Beth is absolutely amazing. I have now gone to her for over 6 years and have ALWAYS walked out satisfied. More than just a massage, she knows all the muscles and knows what to work on. So aside from the relaxation of a massage (which is my favorite), she takes care of the problem spots so that I go quite awhile before tightening up again. Do yourself a favor and try just once with Beth. You will never go elsewhere.

Excellent service. I had shoulder surgery, did 8 months of physical therapy and not much helped. Been going to Beth for a few months now and have had more progress from the massages than the surgery and PT.
