Always wait for ever for orders that aren't right anyway. If you contact corporate they don't do anything.

Try to stop here just for convenience but it never is. 5 people working, nobody in the outside line, I'm the only one inside. I only ordered a iced coffee with skim and sugar. I was immediately repeated my order and it was whole milk. Then after waiting 11 minutes and watching people stand around I get my iced coffee. I ask for a hot cup and they tell me they cant give them to us anymore. This DD is horrible and has never gotten better. I wouldnt go here if I was you, I'm from Pembroke, trust me!
