Kohl's

I shopped all over Monroe County, as well as Eastview Mall to find the perfect blushed pink sling shoe and flats for spring for my mother. And I finally found both pairs here. I was so happy to find them! The store sales staff were very helpful. Very happy with the service.

Kohl’s was once my go to store for casual clothing. It is no longer. The customer service was never excellent. It is now virtually nonexistent. You have to enter/exit through one set of doors. One bank of checkouts is closed forcing you to the bank of checkouts on the far side of store. The lines are ALWAYS long and slow. Workers full of self importance float around and undoubtedly see the long lines but never open additional checkouts. Covid-19 is NOT always an excuse for awful service. Wake up Kohl’s.

Usually have a positive experience shopping at Kohl's which is generally around Christmas time but will visit again soon. If you have a Kohl's card, and trust me you should get one, you can save a lot of money especially when you shop their sales which seems to be every month. The store was busy only because it was close to Christmas but I pretty much was able to social distance. You can get Total Rewards too using your Kohl's card !!!

Kohls always has some great deals. It's even easier to shop online and pick up at the store now than ever. If you only take the time to search, you are going to find cool deals. Easy big parking lot, all is good if you are local.
