Mount Calvary Cemetery Group

I stopped to see my Uncle and mother in law on Memorial Day 2020.....the grounds were very un kept, high grass! My dad and many family members are at Saint Stans..... grass there was cut, at the cemetery on Union and Genesee I have to say the grounds were pristine ( though smaller I know) ...... I go frequently to take care of my family s resting spots but on Memorial Dayud83cuddfaud83cuddf8 just terrible to see the grass let go.....as with covid there are changes and I realize that.....but grass cutting is not a group activity......very disappointed with Mt Calvary......

Very tranquil a nice resting place, I could stay here forever.

Have been paying respect to loved ones for over 55 years at Mount Calvary. Seen many changes especially once the “33” was built. Why did the beautiful concrete archway at Pine Ridge (which used to be the main entrance) have to be demolished? People use the cemetery as a quick short cut to Harlem using the ugly overpass that’s left. Get rid of that and just use Harlem Road as entrance and exit.

Nice, but some headstones have fallen over and flat one are sinking in.. shame
