I wasn't lucky, I guess. but I delivered 26 pallets and there was no room to put them so I had to wait for 2 hours. But definitely Franklin in the forklift does an excellent job in the wrshe. Better luck next time.
If you want any answers, don't expect any. No idea where shipments are, why held up and on and on. Customer service reps keep you on hold forever. No response to email. No response from upper management. in short, if you don't care about when your freight gets delivered, or even the status then use them.
