Usually I try the place for a few times before reviewing ... and it’s been great service since day one I have not had an issue with any service or communication. I have recommended this to close friends and family because it’s that good! I love how relaxing this place makes me feel and how great I feel leaving. Try it out!

Wonderful place - friendly staff, relaxing ambiance, and a rich variety of therapies. Have been trying cryo and it really helps me unwind and recover from muscle strain, and I can't wait to try the rest of their therapies. Highly recommended.

Absolutely phenomenal place. Cannot say enough about the friendliness of Silvia the owner and her staff - they make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. I love their holistic and preventative approach to health and well being. So far have tried several therapies (cryo, fire-water-ice, floatation tank) and had an amazing experience with all of them. As a personal trainer, I only recommend trusted and reputable professionals/businesses to my private clients. 4 Elements is high on that list. Do yourself a favor and get a treatment there!
