I really did not like this message spa. Massaging was done in very quick motions. I asked to slow down and have more steady and slow motions but hopeless. To be honest, this is by far the worst message i had in my life

I had the 1 hour deep tissue massage by Sophia and I have to say it was one of the most relieving massage sessions I've ever had. I told her where I had problems, which I have this chronic knot in my back that's been bothering me for about a year and she was the first person to come this close to fixing it compared to other places I've been. She also found tight areas I didn't even know I had but she got them.nnThe deep tissue is, as I hope you know, can be rough but that's what I want. My only regret was not getting the longer 90 minute session. I'm definately planning on returning for my next massage.

I was having problems with my right shoulder and having tried chain stores in the past I was skeptical at best but was surprised with the effectiveness of the therapy that I received. The therapist asked me about the issues I was facing and tailored her approach to work on the right arm and shoulder area to relax the muscles. The pain and discomfort that I had been facing for weeks got reduced and it felt much better. I made my next appointment and would be going back in a couple of weeks and hope that I can start working out gain soon after. The best part is that they actually spend the hour for massage.
