Great gym. Nice layout. It’s never too crowded and the equipment is brand new. Love the cardio equipment as you can enter your information into them and track your workouts.

The associate Jeremiah was extremely rude ! I spoke with a female staff member to ensure my account was up to date since previously they said my account still had an error . She then called Jeremiah over for assistance , which he kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain the issue. When asked if he could confirm the account number to make sure it was correct, he told me he couldn’t unless I erased the information onnFile and he re-enter. I agreed to avoid a future billing issue and proceeded to give the information.I repeated the number multiple times as he kept getting it wrong saying he must of heard wrong or typed it in wrong . After , he then stated that was the account information on file which i was confused as he said he had to delete information and couldn’t confirm ! This location really should do a better job at ensuring staff is trained on proper communication and customer service .

I’ve been a member in this gym for two years , today i went to gym with my sister , they didn’t let us in because we were wearing the regular face masks , they said that these masks are not allowed here ! And its not mentioned anywhere that a regular face mask that doctors usually wear in hospitals are not allowed to wear at gym.nSo i noticed a sign their that says , if you don’t have a mask you can get a mask from the staff , and of course they told us there is no masks at that moment. Before we left the place without exercising , we notice that there was a person inside the gym training wearing the same mask we had. I will cancel my membership...

Great place to work out, I only hope they open back up to 24 hours. It would make my life so much easier.

Nice gym everyone to another as well but I like having this one close by and have great classes friendly staff.
