Excellent place to rent a truck. Friendly staff and helped save me money, too, by suggesting a drop off only a few miles from my home town. That savings was significant enough to cover a tank of gas in a Uhaul!
Good location. The people who work here are competent and considerate. The place is pretty well maintained. Other tenants are usually nice and feel safe.
This has been a very smooth and helpful experience. Heather was responsive, and found the ideal storage for me during a crazy situation. We needed two spaces--a flexible space to get in and out of, and a longer term space. She suggested a larger unit and called when one was available. When I decided to keep two storage spots, she made sure they were side-by-side and temperature controlled! They also have a truck to rent to move items to the storage unit. I will always recommend this company.nUnlike others that gave ambiguous responses to questions about availability, or act like I am a nuisance when I need to make a change, Stowaway was very helpful. If Lebanon did not have it she gave me the number to Whitehouse and Flemington nearby. Great customer service and accessible facility!!
