Meghan is the best masseuse I have ever been treated by.nShe goes well beyond simply giving a massage and takes the time to discuss how our bodies function and actions I can take day-to-day to improve my function.nI leave feeling refreshed and relaxed with much less pain.nHer studio is cozy and she frequently hosts sound baths that are soothing and special.nAnd beyond all that, she is just such a lovely and cool person!

Wow, Megan's massage was amazing! She does a thorough and communicative intake. She seems to have great understanding of physiology and anatomy, and therefore my body was treated as an individual and my massage was tailor-made for me. I was very comfortable, and her demeanor is that of a true professional. The massage was relaxing, but also seemed productive in healing my specific body woes.

I got a massage from Meghan and really enjoyed it. She responded to where my body needed the most work and helped with the tension. She also helped stretch my body which I’ve never had done before by a massage therapist and told me why I may be having certain issues with knots and tightness. Would definitely see her again and recommend her to others.

They book out in advance but it was definitely worth the worth the wait. I realized working with Meghan I had never had a ‘real’ massage. She is helping with postural issues I’ve have forever and have already felt relief in one session. Hidden gem in Jersey City. Highly recommend.

We sat together for about 15 mins prior to the massage for an in-depth consultation, where we discussed my concerns, pain points, and goals for the session.
