Excellent customer service. Best T Mobile in the region! Spencer helped me buy an Apple Watch SE and killed it! Made me feel comfortable and went out of his way to answer any questions I had.

My wife and I needed to upgrade our iPhones and Spencer was terrific. There was some sort of issue which made the upgrade take a while, but Spencer kept us up to date on what was happening and reassured us that whatever the problem was he would fix it. And he did. Fantastic experience and I’m really glad this store is near our home.
Visited the Bedford NH store today to do a bunch of things; upgrade my phone, add a line (with a new phone), and add an Apple Watch to my plan. Raymond took care of everything swiftly and made sure I was aware of everything he was doing with my plan. An actually painless experience today, so hats off to that. Happy and confident I’m in good hands. Switched to T-Mobile many years ago, and I’m glad I did!
Great customer service unlike some other area T-Mobile stores. Raymond solved my problem when another store could not. If you an Sprint customer, you will love this place.
