I personally have had very good experiences: the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and seems to work hard. They were even helpful in getting one refilled early that i had lost. Then again i have pretty basic Rxs.

They have Always been amazing to me and my family. My mother's medications are quite pricey and her Regimen complicated. They have fought for my mom with the insurance companies for her to get what she needs at reasonable prices despite them denying it over and over. They are a godsend.

had a very pressing issue and could not get a hold of anyone at the store over phone; either they didn't answer or they tried to pass me off to another department who didn't answer. wound up getting no help whatsoever

I stopped by to ask about what over the counter medication would work best for my sinuses and I felt the pharmacist was a little flippant. It will take time to see if what she recommended will work.
