Rude Staff.nnMy coffee was made wrong at another location. I have gone to other locations to have them remake it and they always have. I walked in this morning (with my coffee to prove I wasn't lying). I told them what happened, the first lady didn't even say anything and just walked away from me. She walked over to the second lady and whispered (real classy). Second lady comes over to me looking miserable. She refuses to remake my coffee. Disgraceful. I thought all DD's were a family and cared about each customer.
What can I say, Dunkin' is my long time favorite coffee stop. Great donuts and breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well.
Apple fritters were a cinnamon donut with a blob of canned apples in the center. Service....I could not understand the young man waiting on me. He was not very helpful to me.
Rude staff. I have stopped here multiple times on my way to work. It seems like every time I’m greeted with the same poor attitude. It is clear the employees are not enjoying helping people. Not a people person? Get a new job. Thinking about this Interaction detours me from stopping. I had hoped it would be different today. Gave them a “Good morning” and “Have a great day” neither was reciprocated. The lady didn’t even look me in the eye. One star
