This dunkin's has never made me a bad coffee. Most others you can not get a good coffee after 12 this place is amazing no matter what time it is.
I pulled into drive thru to the speaker and waited for 2 minutes before being acknowledged. The entire time I heard the employees laughing and talking about different posts they seen on social media due to their microphone being on. Once I asked if anyone was going to take my order, one of the employees laughingly said “oh shoot go ahead”. While placing my order, she proceeded to talk to someone else in the background. She still didn’t take the time to listen to my order after repeating it three times. I cancelled my order and left. I was the only car in drive thru and there was only one person in the lobby. The customer service definitely need some revamping.
Didn't go inside, don't know if the restaurant part is open but drive-through went smooth. The peoole involved with my order seemed pleasant and considerate.
First time visiting this location it was good, they asked questions about my drink I ordered which was raspberry icd tea very good.
I got a hot blueberry with almond milk and 3 stevia was perfect
