The store is clean and they are doing well to make sure that everyone is safe during the pandemic. However, they have been getting our orders wrong lately and don't seem to be doing their required training .
Needs friendlier staff. Was greeted by a teenager at the drive thru, who had dreadlocks, and an attitude like he didn't want to be there. Also, there were no parting greeting, like have a good night, etc
Service is faster than most, but order accuracy is 80 percent. Always friendly
Friendly servers good coffee fresh donuts they make the coffee how you ask for it
Usually go.to this location at least 3 times a day .. probably won't be back after having one of their young employees speak to me the way she did with the attitude that she had, all for simply ordering coffee .. if you are going to.work in the service industry, get ready to service with a smile .. me ordering a large ice black is not the end of the world.. and for her to be so arrogant and so rude, you've lost my business.. she definitely should not be working there .. girl with the long breads ..
