This was the absolute worst experience I've had ordering food. I placed an online order which was never delivered. After an hour of telling me it was on the way with the next driver the order was cancelled. I reordered and had to go pick it up. Then once checked in for curbside I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the server to bring it out. The server was not friendly at all. My vehicle tows a trailer so I didn't fit in the curbside numbered spots and I had to move into the road/block traffic for the server to give my food to me. No offer was made to make me feel better about the trouble with this order not even a few free cookies. I hold events all over the country and have never been served with less regard than this store showed me. Very disappointed.

This store is a disaster. I ordered curbside. Waited outside for 20 minutes. Called in, they told me to come inside to pick it up. Then they couldn’t find my order... I recommend walking in next time and ordering the traditional way. They can’t handle anything other than that still, unfortunately.

I LIVE Panera Bread... and this location is closest to my house with out the heavy traffic. But they constantly mess up my order. This time I got no Arugula in my bowl... and we finished our meal and then still waiting for our drinks. I understand they were busy but the customer service wasn’t great either. When asking about our drinks (after we had already started eating our food) we were told they will call our names.... food is still great but def has some flaws

Panera Bread is being very careful about Covid-19 while still doing their best to meet the needs of their patrons. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are polite and prompt.

Seriously, I don't go here for anything. I met customers who chose it as their desired meeting place. I bought nothing. Everything offered is too expensive.nnI can make things better, and yes, more cost effectively at home. I've never bought a single thing at this establishment at any location, but my customers do. Enough said.
