Customer service for the drive thru was terrible. Once at the window the young man quickly rambled off my total but I couldn't understand what he said so I asked him to repeat it. He looked at me with a blank stare and said nothing, I had to repeat myself. Someone else brought our drinks and food to the window and I thanked them. There was no thank you or have a good day, the person just walked away once I had taken my stuff.

I was informed this location can no longer melt your sugar for iced coffee? Excuse me since when? I visit this location very frequently and this is the worst customer service when asking the guy he just ignored me. I asked him to shake it well then so there would not be a bunch of sugar in the bottom and he refused. I will not be returning to this location. And on top of that font ask your customers to fix there mask if your not even wearing one!

I go there 1or 2 times a week and I order the same thing every time and tell them exactly how I like it made and I always ask for less syrup than is normally used because it upsets my stomach and I can't drink it and I don't want to waste my money.nI'm not sure what the problem is with making it my way but maybe they need more training.

I mean it's Dunkin Donuts... You're not going for their gourmet coffee... Your going because you like dysfunction with your coffee. It's like every other Dunkin you know what you're about to get

First of all the cleanliness is ridiculous, need's a whole day shut down and pressure washed. The employees all seem to have chips on their shoulders, like your there for no other reason than to annoy them.
