Their driver absolutely shredded my lawn and then didn’t even get out of his truck when my father-in-law helped him out of the mud. Why was he even driving on my lawn!?! I have a driveway! Since that happened, none of my packages from FedEx have arrived. I’ve been waiting for days, Amazon says the package is out for delivery and for days they have been unable to get to my front door which is absolutely a lie!
Worst place EVER!!! I have been on the phone with them a few nights in row. My package states it can’t be delivered due to “local weather delay.” So confused. Haven’t had any kind of weather. Been waiting 5 days now. It’s pending delivery at West Chesterfield, NH. I’m not sure if I will ever get my package.
Bright, sunny and warm day and these scrubs don’t deliver our package and blame it on “poor weather conditions”. More like “poor work ethic” conditions. This branch should be shut down. Go work at Walmart as a greeter if you don’t want to get off your butts and deliver packages.
Three times this past week my packages have been delivered to the wrong address-twice I was able to find them by going door to door around the neighborhood. Today’s package is nowhere to be found.nMy packages have been left in puddles, snow banks and on the sidewalk-never on my porch or deck. I’m always home for deliveries too.nNo phone number to call the Chesterfield branch.nAbsolutely unacceptable delivery service.
Can’t vouch for their delivery service but delivery driver Ian is a fantastic person. He noticed me standing in my elderly neighbor’s driveway and asked if I needed help. When I told him her car was stuck he was very kind to help get her car unstuck. It’s so nice that someone could be so helpful.
