Dunkin'

One crazy drive through. Great service. Always get my order right. Senior citizens discount too!

This Dunkin’ used to be really good until recent management and staffing changes. I used to work at a Dunkin’ in Orlando and the job can be very stressful during a rush. However, most of the new staff is very cold, rude, or clueless. It has become extremely unwelcoming. I used to order light ice with my drinks, but since new staffing, I have gotten regular ice because they never filled the cup all the way. It wasn’t just slightly under filled, it was more like 2/3 or 3/4 of the cup full, and when I would ask for some milk to fill it up they will straight up tell me no and refuse. Another encounter was a few days ago where a younger kid charged me an iced coffee but took my money that was worth a latte and put it in the drawer. I pointed it out and he looked so confused yet annoyed that I was asking for my money back and to adjust the “iced coffee” to the “iced latte” I ordered so I could pay for the right thing. I am young and like I have said, I used to work at a Dunkin’ so I understand how frazzling and crazy the job can get abs I also understand the food industry workers aren’t appreciated much if at all. I try to be super nice when approaching the workers about the frequent missteps that maybe no one is training them on, but instead I get refused service or feel like I’m stupid by them. So I gave up asking for small fixes. I rarely ever go to Dunkin in Alton now because of how low quality most of the service and especially product has gone down. Really disappointed ud83dude22 The staff before was spectacular. Hopefully it’s just a training issue.

Made an on the go order to pick up inside ro avoid the drive through line just to find out the lobby was closed. We had to wait in drive through for 15 min. As a result our food was cold and had to have them remake it all. Call ahead to be sure the lobby is open before you mobile order. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

I don't frequent Dunkin' since I do not enjoy coffee. However, yesterday I needed some sustenance and after ordering a mouth watering bacon egg and cheese, I accidentally started to drive away from the window without my credit card. The amazing employee nearly jumped out of the window to make sure that I did not leave without my credit card. I am not sure I agree that America runs on Dunkin, but rather kindness, and that is what I found at Dunkin: kindness. Thank you!

Friendly staff, no issues with our order, moved through line pretty quickly even with a line ahead of us! Not currently offering espresso, just a heads up. If I recall correctly this is at least for the whole month of September (just in case that's a must have for you).
