I love them already. They’re still new to everything since it’s only been like a week, but I’ve gone almost everyday since and they’re always so nice and answer any questions I have about different drinks. They even remade my cold brew for free when I said I went home with one that didn’t taste right. Didn’t even hesitate to fix it. I absolutely love Starbucks, I’m so happy we have one in Alliance!
The staff was well trained and polite, service was pretty fast despite them being very busy when I was there. The kitchen area was very clean, and the merchandise in front of the counter was not too cluttered - I was able to maneuver my shopping cart around just fine while placing an order and then waiting for it.nnOne drawback is that you cannot use the Starbucks app for anything (you cannot order ahead, can't scan to pay, can't scan for stars) despite them having signs all over the counter insisting that you should totally use the app. Huge oversight. I guess you have to link your debit card to the app account or something in order to get rewards?
They were Buried in flies! Sugar covered counters intend to collect flies. Coffee was cold and they forgot the caramel. I ordered a caramel macchiato.
