Just about signed up, based strictly on promos, but discovered small print included a $39 processing fee!nTurns out the fees are pretty typical of 'corporate clubs'. Local manager Joe reached out to resolve my concerns and I have signed up to join on Mar 1.nI expect some improvements at my #1 site, but have two convenient alternatives.nLet's hope we all enjoy the membership!
I am an original Racquet club employee that transitioned into Genesis almost 3 years ago now and there have been so many great improvements that have happened since the switch. Every employee is dedicated to making the experience of every member as enjoyable as possible. We have an amazing tennis program and incredible swim program that everyone should check out. With the building being so large, it makes it easy for those who want to be in their own space and not be watched by other members who are working out. Jerry, the general manager, is amazing at what he does and he connects with so many of the member to suit their needs when coming to the club. Working in the same building for the last 7 years, I am proud to say that Genesis is like my second family.
Staff is awesome, there's a ton of equipment and options for different exercise routines, and there's both an indoor and outdoor pool
We have been to both gym's tho the one on 48 an A is our favorite. My 2 sons my. daughter
I've been with GENESIS for almost 2 years and it's the best! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, the classes are great (especially ALL-AMERICAN!)nManagement is absolutely wonderful, the staff really makes you feel like everyone is one big family. I urge you to come try out GENESIS, especially if you have kiddos (they're kid's club is AMAZING!) you won't be disappointed!!
