Wish it was heated but worked well for our purposes and can't complain. Very fair prices. Edited to add: After the explanation below, this does actually make sense. And no, it was not below freezing or anything crazy like that. Just felt cold but was also the middle of a VERY cold winter. Changing to a 5 star review bc this is a logical explanation below and I appreciate the prompt response.
This is an excellent storage site. The climate control helps keep items from deteriorating. It is safe and easy to access. The administrators of the storage site are extremely helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Red Storage!
Very Clean, Easily Accessible, and staff was very helpful and friendly. Access to Storage unit was easy, and appreciated having carts on site to use to move things in and out. I would recommend to anyone needing a reasonably priced place to store items in a climate controlled setting.
Excellent place to store your things. Has a variety of different size storage units which are very nice and clean. Nice to use their carts free of charge to transport your things back to your unit. Staff is very professional and friendly. I would recommend this facility!
Staff was friendly and professional, particularly Karla. While they initially had no spots open Karla was quick to call me when one became available. She made me feel like a friend, not just another customer.
