I had no idea where to start when it came to buying an infant car seat and stroller. Looking online was so overwhelming, so my husband and I went into Kid’s Stuff Superstore and the stress just went away at that point. Karla is so knowledgeable about the brands and products and really spent time showing us different features of each and discussing what our needs were in a car seat. We confidently made our choice, and have loved it. Recently it has been time for a convertible rear-facing/ forward-facing car seat and we knew where we needed to go. Karla showed us a couple of models based on our needs as a family and was so patient as we compared them- even allowing us to buckle our child in to make sure we liked every aspect of the seat.nEvery time we visit Kid’s Stuff Superstore we are greeted with a smile and the most patient and knowledgeable staff. I love that you can interact with these products before buying them, which takes away the anxiety of blindly buying something online. The staff has never been pushy for sales or add-ons to us, it just seems they want us to make the best decision for our family’s needs/budget.nI know as our family grows we will be coming back here every time! I highly recommend you do too!
My husband and I researched for most of our baby products online and for many of the larger items we ended up purchasing through the Lincoln location. We were able to see the items in person, which I love. Also, I love that they carry top brands that you can see and feel in store!nnWe also had a great experience with their customer service. Karla spent a lot of time showing us all of the stroller and car seat options, answered all of our questions, and had great suggestions. She also was very accommodating with “pick-up” of items. We were also able to take advantage of the holiday promotion deals, which were great. Definitely would recommend checking this store out if you are needing baby/nursery items!
I love Kids Stuff!!! They have the best selection in Lincoln. The owners are so friendly and super helpful. I’ve shopped there for years and never had a bad experience! From letting you take car seats to your car to check how they fit to having displays of products that you can actually touch, they go out of their way to make you confident in your purchase. I’m so glad I got my stroller there instead of online- I tried out the one I had in my cart online in this store and I’m so glad I didn’t get it. The one I got was so much better! The ordering process for furniture is a breeze too- don’t be afraid to shop big here!!nI always find the newest, trendy products here and I can choose my purchase in person- I feel so confident shopping here and supporting a great local business!! Before you shop online again and wait for it to come in the mail, check with Kids Stuff Superstore first, odds are they have it!!
This is my favorite place in Lincoln to shop for my child! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and will take their time in helping you pick out the right product for you. We have bought all our nursery furniture and carseats and strollers from this store. Cannot recommend it enough.
Been here several times! The folks here are very knowledgeable. It’s great being able to do some research on a product your interested in then be able to go see it and use it and talk to someone about it, then buy the one you like. Highly recommend this amazing store.
