The tech listened to the concern, checked out the phone and got me out the door quick. He was nice and the store looked good.

My husband and I decided to switch from Verizon and while it was a headache (as these things tend to be), Austin at the downtown location gave us the best customer service I think I’ve ever had and ensured we were getting the best deal possible. Ended up leaving with a way better plan and brand new phones for less than we were paying at Verizon. He made an effort to get to know us and made the hours we spent there fly by. Give that dude a raise!

Horrible service inside any building. Had this company before, thought I'd give them another try with all the advances, I was so wrong. This phone company is a joke.

Melody and Michael are very friendly associates and they are very knowledgable about the services in the store, I'm definitely switching my service to T-mobile soon.
